Nature's Classroom Policies
Quality
- Our quality control insures an excellent product at the lowest possible price.
All our owlpellets are heat pasturized in conventional ovens at 350°F for
30 minutes and air dried.
Shipping
- We ship Priority Mail USPS or UPS for larger orders, unless you require something
else. We will ship however you like as long as you are willing to pay for it.
We may not be able to ship express or overnight orders.
Payment
- An institutional Purchase Order will always be accepted for immediate shipment. Purchase orders may be FAXED to 800 291-7691 for immediate shipment. All other orders must be prepaid in full with a check
or money order. Please submit the order form to verify totals for accuracy including
shipping and handling as well as sales tax for CA residents.
